BALONIER Systems was the first company in Germany they create the C- Framepress for
working in foundries to get an optimal trimming process. We create this C - Framepress
- a press without columns- because we saw, in future will be the casting series lower and
so the intervall for trimm tool change will be much more. Also for safe automation you
need more space and security in the press to handle the castings.
Finally for the more and more complexity of the trimming tool with sliders or unites we
need more open space to get a higher production safety. Security for an optimal, safety
